Terms of service

The service. The FCC Wire publishes a daily brief of new FCC equipment authorization filings, plus optional Pro watchlist alerts. Filings are public records; exhibit documents are hosted by third parties (fccid.io). The brief is informational only and is not investment, legal, or purchasing advice. We are not affiliated with the FCC.

Pro subscription. $25 per month or $240 per year, billed via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation. Cancel anytime by replying to any email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds. 14-day money-back guarantee: if Pro is not useful, reply to any email within 14 days of payment for a full refund. After that, yearly plans are refunded pro-rata for the remaining full months.

Fair use. Do not resell or redistribute the brief or alerts as a competing feed. Personal and internal business use is fine.
